xtenshen provides an interactive tutorial creation platform that allows users to build, publish, and manage step-by-step website overlays. The Service includes a Chrome extension for tutorial creation, a web-based dashboard for management, and embeddable scripts for tutorial playback.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service; (d) create tutorials that contain malicious content, misleading instructions, or violate any third-party rights.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by xtenshen and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Tutorials you create remain your intellectual property, but you grant xtenshen a license to host and display them through the Service.

6. Subscription & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. xtenshen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
